The Council for South Texas Economic Progress (COSTEP) and the Rio South Texas Region will take part in the 2025 National Convention of the Association of Maquiladora and Export Industry (INDEX), one of Mexico’s most important gatherings for the export manufacturing and IMMEX sectors.
The event will be held October 15–18, 2025, at the Presidente InterContinental Hotel in Mexico City, celebrating the 50th anniversary of INDEX and bringing together more than 500 global business leaders, policymakers, and industry experts.
