COSTEP at Sharyland Business Park Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Killam Development celebrated the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Sharyland Business Park, joined by partners from the City of Mission, Mission EDC, and the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce, an exciting milestone for growth and opportunity in the Rio South Texas Region.

This 175-acre industrial development will bring strategic value to the Anzalduas Bridge area, strengthening the region’s position in advanced manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and nearshoring-related investments. Together, these efforts enhance our global competitiveness and reinforce the Rio South Texas Region as a premier destination for business expansion.
