Rio South Texas Region Binational Autocluster Participates in INDEX Reynosa Monthly Member Meeting

Rick Carrera, Director of Economic Development at COSTEP, took part in the monthly member meeting of INDEX Reynosa to present the Data System of the Rio South Texas Region Binational Automotive Cluster.

During his presentation, Mr. Carrera outlined the objectives of the Binational Automotive Cluster, highlighting its role in strengthening cross-border collaboration, fostering industry innovation, and enhancing the region’s competitiveness in the global automotive market.
